On the afternoon of February 5, the Sixth Congress of the Trade Union & 2012 Annual Summary Commendation of CNSM is held at CNSM, attended by Chen Guanzhong, deputy inspector of Department of Culture of Zhejiang Province, and all the CNSM staff.
